Leadership

The board of trustees consists of 13 trustees, which includes the immediate past president as an ex-officio voting member of the Board. The board of trustees may change the number of trustees from time to time. At least one-third of the members of the board shall be drawn from the building trades, the remaining members may come from related industry.
